Smoothies are easy to make and filling as a full breakfast meal or then a mid-afternoon snack. Â In order to keep it interesting, we love exploring with different flavour combinations. Â Our latest favourite smoothie combines two quintessential Middle Eastern ingredients, Medjool Dates and Tahini, and tastes awesome.
Medjool Dates and Tahini Healthy Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
240 ml of almond milk – (recipe can be found here)
1 tbsp of tahini
2 medjool dates pitted
1 ripe banana
1 tsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of cardamom (optional)
Instructions:
Combine all these ingredients into the blender and whizz till smooth. Â Pour out the liquid and drink away!
