The therapist Patitta was fantastic-super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained each step of clearly. For their Customised Advanced Facial, I ended up having a Hydrafacial that was completely tailored to my skin concerns.
It started with a deep cleanse and exfoliation, followed by a gentle and painless extractions. Then came the hydration step, where my skin was infused with serums that left it feeling plump and refreshed.
After that, she applied a soothing face mask and gave a relaxing shoulder massage (which was such a nice surprise and I definitely snoozed for a bit). The treatment finished with LED light therapy to calm and treat the skin further.
My skin looked glowy straight after and felt noticeably smoother and more hydrated. It was a great all-in-one treatment that tackled everything from dullness to texture. The whole experience was great-calm, professional, and really effective.I am definitely planning to go back in another few weeks.
