Derived from the Greek word meaning “beautiful thinking”, Eunoia by Carine, invites diners on a culinary journey with dishes influenced by France, Greece and the finest parts of Europe.
The quintessential timeless French design is quietly understated, simple and sophisticated. The floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the beauty of the space with a backdrop of spectacular ocean views. There is a huge outdoor terrace that has a magical energy with the water right now to it and overlooking the glittering dubai skyline.
A sharing concept we started by picking the most pillowy soft focaccia and dipped it in the artisanal olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Our starters had to include the signature harissa prawns-with the simple yet impressive grilled harissa prawns. The sautéed prawns were bathed in an earthy red sauce that we dipped the freshly baked homemade bread in and quickly wiped the dish clean. We also tried the freshly baked truffle tart that was pure indulgence and had a generous amount of the highly luxe mushroom.
In the mains we started with the lobster linguine-the homemade pasta was cooked with the freshest cherry tomatoes and topped with lobster meat. Presented on the lobster shell, this flavorful dish was anything but basic!
The rib-eye was cooked to perfection-the side of padron peppers gave it a little heat that we enjoyed with this exceptionally tasty meat dish. We did order a side of garlic and sumac rice that we doused with the chimichurri sauce for the steak for a winning combination!
