RELAX AND RECHARGE AT MIND OASIS BY RITUALS

An immersive space designed for modern recovery.

Located in store in Mall of the Emirates, Mind Oasis by Rituals is a space where guests are invited to step out of constant stimulation and immerse themselves in an environment dedicated for mental relaxation and recovery.

Rooted in science and inspired by ancient wisdom, Mind Oasis combines sound, breathwork, and brainwave entrainment to create a multisensory and deeply restorative experience. Each experience is designed to support effortless relaxation and mental recharge, helping guests reset their state of mind in a world that rarely slows down.

Offering two signature experiences-Brain massage and Hydro massage-they are the perfect way to take a moment to pause and restore.

The Hydro Massage

Float fully clothed on a warm waterbed as rhythmic hydro-jets move beneath you in circular motions, gradually releasing physical tension and helping the body soften. Red light therapy supports collagen production and cellular regeneration, while nature-inspired soundscapes and subtle scent deepen the sense of relaxation. In just 25 minutes, the nervous system enters a state of deep relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

The Brain Massage

Step into a state-of-the-art recharge cocoon and sink into the Zero-Gravity chair, creating a gentle sense of weightlessness. Close your eyes and surrender to the power of breath, immersive 4D sound, and synchronised haptic vibration. This multi-sensory experience gently guides the brain into deep rest, offering a full mental recharge. The technique behind this effortless effectiveness is called brainwave entrainment, guiding brain wave frequencies into the theta state, the deep meditative space between wakefulness and sleep. Just 30 minutes can feel like two hours of deep rest.
