LEARN THE ART OF TRADITIONAL ARABIC CALLIGRAPHY IN DUBAI

Intensive one-week course on traditional Arabic calligraphy  at The Jam Jar in Dubai.

Renowned Omani artist, Saleh Al Shukairi will be hosting intensive daily sessions for one week on Arabic calligraphy.  Participants will explore the visual language of Arabic through its lines, shapes and colours and gain an understanding of the history and styles of traditional calligraphy.  The class will be taught using bamboo pens and inks.

Those attending will receive a certificate confirming that they have completed the traditional arabic calligraphy in Dubai.

There is a morning and an evening option available:

Course A (Mornings)
Mon 22 Sep – Wed 24 Sep, 10am – 12pm
Fri 26 Sep and Sat 27 Sep, 3pm – 5pm

Course B (Evenings)
Mon 22 Sep – Wed 24 Sep, 7pm – 9pm
Fri 26 Sep and Sat 27 Sep,3pm – 5pm
