I chose to target my stomach area, since it’s always impossible to tone-no matter how much I workout or strength train. The doctor will always have a brief chat pre-session to make sure everything is ok and then once that is done, it is time to lie down with my AirPods on and let the machine do the hard work. Personally, I don’t find this experience painful at all-at first it feels a bit odd because of the muscle contractions and heat, but it’s nothing to be worry about. The energy levels can be adjusted and if like me you have a higher tolerance, then it is best to let them turn up the intensity. Of course, the minute it feels uncomfortable the doctor is there to turn it down.

Post treatment, there might be some discomfort-but it’s really no different than how you feel after an intense gym session. There is a little bit of redness in the area but it goes away very quickly.

Having done my first session a few weeks ago, I remember that after the results were noticeable but not very significant.
