Starting with freshly made sourdough and dips, we were treated to a selection of handmade pastas, melt-in-your-mouth beef, delicate sea bass, and the perfect cannolis.
One of the absolute standouts of the meal was the ravioli-delicate, handmade parcels filled with rich, perfectly seasoned filling and finished with just the right touch of sauce. Next time, we have got our eyes on the brick oven pizza-if it’s anything like the pasta, we are in for a delightful treat.
