Little Miss India has been featured in the Michelin Guide for four consecutive years since 2022. Located at Fairmont The Palm it has been brought to life by Brand Ambassador Mohini Singh – the ‘Mistress of the Mansion.’ Set within her colourful home, diners are invited to explore dishes inspired by her travels and love of spice. Modelled after a traditional Indian haveli, the space features a lot of dark wood, vintage accessories, nostalgic family portraits, and warm lighting.

From the tandoor don’t miss the Amritsari Macchi-crispy fried local white fish with chickpea flour, chillies and carom seeds, or the Murg Gola Kebab-an impressive one-meter long minced chicken kebab marinated with saffron, coriander and cardamom.

We are still dreaming of the real showstopper, Bhatti Da Smoked Lamb Chops-barbequed lamb chops marinated for 24 hours with 12 unique spices and smoked in a jar offer a burst of flavour in every bite.

If you want a classic but standout dish then the Bhunna Gosht Adraki-lamb braised with brown onions, mint and fresh coriander pairs perfectly with the flaky Laccha Paratha and we just couldn’t get enough of it!

For more coastal flavours the Shrimp Chettinad-stir-fried shrimp with curry leaves, anise, onion and tomato is an absolute treat.

We ended with Rasmalai, a traditional sweet treat of cottage cheese dumplings stewed in condensed milk.
