Although the place looks casual with its minimal Japandi interiors, the food is anything but. The salmon donburi is undeniably top-tier and a favourite among diners. The melt-in-your-mouth beef tataki, served over pickled onions and a light sauce, is the ultimate indulgence. You can’t miss the signature maki handrolls made with the freshest fish and so well-balanced in flavour they need no soya sauce, wasabi, or ginger.
