Nestled inside Burjman Daman Tower, GUSTO is a chic restaurant and café concept, inspired by the timeless elegance of Milan. A dining concept that carefully bridges fine dining and casual eateries, this stylish space beautifully combines elegance with indulgence, and Italian culinary tradition. The understated yer luxurious setting purposefully designed to evoke a sense of home, but with a sophisticated undertone.

We started with Bruschetta-crispy sourdough bread topped with juicy tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil and fragrant basil leave. Simple, fresh and full of flavour.

The Insalata GUSTO was a delightful medley of delicate baby gem lettuce and crispy endive leaves tossed in a zesty dressing.

The Italian classic, Cacio & Pepe is executed to perfection-al dente pasta topped with a creamy sauce with just the right amount of black pepper for some heat.

For a more healthy option the grilled Seasbass fillet with a tomato and beetroot sauce is light but satisfying.

 

We couldn’t leave without having a few bites of the signature cheesecake and a strong espresso on the side.
