The Zastolie Brunch, hosted every Saturday from 1-6pm  is the perfect way to experience the best of Salvic gastronomy, featuring traditional dishes crafted to perfection.
A sharing menu, the first course includes golden pillowy homemade piroshki filled with mince and cheese. The delicate slices of smoked salmon are paired with crisp, golden draniki and warm blinis and topped with a generous dallop of sour cream. The marinated mushroom plate is topped with garlic and dill and offers the perfect earthy flavours to complement the other dishes.
The mains arrive soon after—ranging from indulgent caviar tortiglioni to tender beef stroganoff and delicate, doughy pelmeni—offering a vibrant mix of colors, textures, and bold, comforting flavors. The plate of golubtsy, with its perfectly braised cabbage leaves wrapped around a savoury meat filling, definitely deserves a special mention.
With no need to rush, we lingered over the mains, savoring each bite. After a brief pause, we were ready for dessert—the honey cake and syrniki with mixed berries and compote were delightful, but it was the pavlova sphere that truly stole the show.
