Amazónico Dubai is a Latin American restaurant in the heart of DIFC, where the Business Lunch offering is anything but ordinary. Taking guests on a sensory and culinary journey along the Amazon River, this vibrant rainforest-inspired space is simply stunning.
Hosted Monday through Friday, from 12 PM to 3 PM, the space is buzzing with a vibrant afternoon energy and live DJ beats, to really disconnect and indulge in a vibrant, sensory escape.
This newly curated business lunch offering caters to the modern palate-we were welcomed with a refreshing Gazpacho and a basket of warm, highly-addictive Pan de Queso-cheese bites that are loved across Latin America and beyond.
There is a choice of any two starters from a selection of tempting options, and one main course from a lineup of signature dishes, featuring bold flavours such as Poblano Patacones, Cachete de Res, and Corvina Romesco.
We started with the delicately crafted and beautifully presented Hamachi Tiradito with passion fruit and shiso, and the refreshing Ceviche Tradicional featuring sea bass, lime, chulpi corn, and crisp red onion. The Empanada de Carne filled with bites of flank steak was a hit on our table. The colourful Chirashi Maki made with salmon, hamachi, tuna, and spicy rocoto is another must-try.
Among the mains, the Lubina Nikkei was a standout dish-with a delightful, fragrant garlic and ginger broth and melt-in-your-mouth tender sea bass. The Entraña Marinada, a smoky chimichurri-marinated skirt steak really hit the spot.
We ended this very satisfying and tasty meal with a sweet treat of the Cremoso de Mango-mango cheesecake, banana crumble, and tapioca pearls. To complete the experience, a curated selection of drinks are also available.
