Using ingredients and recipes sourced directly from Anatolia, every dish takes you on a journey through its rich culinary history-inspired by ancient civilisations such as the Byzantines, and Ottomans.

The venue is expansive, with cozy indoor tables and scenic outdoor seating. A live duo performs local Turkish folk songs, accompanied accompanied by the baÄŸlama-a traditional instrument native to the region.
A colourful mezze spread featuring grilled vegetables, molasses-dressed greens, and local cheeses is everyone’s first stop. One of the main highlights is the iconic çiÄŸ köfte -a delectable spiced raw beef dish.
Clear beef broth soup is deeply comforting and impossible not to go back for seconds. Meanwhile, flaky, buttery spinach borek and mince pide are baked on repeat, arriving piping hot from the oven and very hard to resist.
There is a station dedicated to lamb-stuffed manti is made to order, topped with tangy garlic yogurt and spicy butter, that adds instantly adds a vibrant taste to it. Succulent grilled kebabs are cooked with such care and perfectly seasoned.

It’s mandatory to leave space for the lavish dessert spread-from the decadent baklava, to the creamy Turkish ice cream, and showstopper kunefe. It’s worth sampling a little bit of everything, then finally washing it down with some freshly brewed Turkish tea.
