TRY OUT AN ENGLISH HIGH TEA IN DUBAI WITH AN UNBEATABLE VIEW

Fortnum and Mason is located in Dubai Mall and serves a quintessential Afternoon High Tea.

If there is one meal we thoroughly enjoy it has to be High Tea. Being traditionalists, when it comes to our preference for high tea, we had to try out the quintessentially English tea salon now in Dubai, Fortnum and Mason. Spread over three floors and overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Dancing Fountains, the outdoor seating on the terrace is perfect for the winter months.

A stylish affair, there is an Afternoon Tea Menu, High Tea Menu and then a Savory High Tea Menu to pick from with prices starting at 245 AED and going up to 345 AED. Our menu of the High Tea boasted a combination of typically English savory food with scones and dainty desserts and accompanied with a selection of different teas .

We started with an order of the Crab Souffle and Chive Butter Sauce-a mix of delicate flavors that worked perfectly together. The Lobster Omellete Victoria with Lobster Bisque and Shaved Truffle was hearty and delicious. Next came the warm scones with clotted cream and jam that were an absolute delight. Despite being quite full, we couldn’t resist the bite-sized sweets that included macaroons and other individual cakes.

Fortnum and Mason offers a charming high tea in Dubai experience with impeccable service. An impressive affair it is suitable for tourists to refined ladies who like to lunch.
