Experience traditional Iftar and Suhour fused with modern Emirati hospitality

In celebration of the Holy Month of Ramadan, contemporary Emirati restaurant Seven Sands invites friends and families to break the fast together with a delightful Iftar buffet and authentic Emirati experience.

Running daily from sunset until 9pm, Seven Sands’ Iftar experience will take guests on a gastronomic journey across the Emirates, offering a celebration of traditional flavours and local culinary treasures. Set against spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, and with Arabian music creating a relaxed ambience, the scene is set for the perfect Iftar meal for the entire family.

The Ramadan menu offers an authentic taste of the Emirates with highlights including the UAE specialty Lamb Haris, the flavourful Bedouin dish Chicken Margougah, the classic Ouzi Aishu Lahem, as well as a selection of sweet treats, such as the restaurant’s signature Seven Sands Date Pudding.

Suhoor

After Iftar, guests can relax and enjoy a wide range of shishas on the terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The Suhour set menu includes traditional Emirati dishes such as Fouga, Harees, Legemat and Aseeda Bobar, and will be served from 9pm onwards. There will also be an à la carte menu available.

Dishes to try this Ramadan:

Shark Sambousa – savoury golden fried pastry stuffed with shark and infused with traditional bezar spice
Fouga – a traditional Emirati dish where spices and meats are cooked together with either meat or fish in a perfumed stock
Chicken Margougah – a flavourful succulent Bedouin dish
Ouzi Rigag – a traditional carved lamb feast

And for those with a sweet tooth:

Aseeda Bobar – a creamy dessert with of thin layers of sweet pumpkin puree infused with aromatic cardamom and saffron
Legemat – popular Emirati sweets fried to order and drizzled with date syrup, white sesame seeds and pistachios
The signature Seven Sands Date Pudding – aromatic date cake soaked in a rich toffee sauce

AED 155 per person, including soft beverages

50% off for children aged 6-12; Children below 6 dine for free

Suhoor: From 9pm onwards

Set menu – AED 147 per person

A la carte menu and shisha are also available
