Each plate tells a story of tradition, travel, and taste at SANA in Mina Salam.
From the legendary Uzbekistan Restaurant Moscow-a culinary institution with over 30 years of excellence-comes a bold new concept: SANA, meaning ‘radiance’.

The menu reimagines beloved Uzbek classics with refined touches from modern European and pan-Asian cuisiness-where East meets West.
The culinary identity is proudly Uzbek-built on tandoor, spice, and fire. But the kitchen is open to the world. From signature Plov and Samsa to flame-grilled meats and fish selection, citrus-marinated raw dishes, and bold Asian greens, every plate showcases heritage and innovation.
We started with a simple but vibrant Uzbek tomato & red onion salad topped with olive oil. The hearty Salad Tashkent- named after the Uzbek capital-pairs shaved radish, tender veal and fresh herbs in a creamy yogurt dressing, delivering a distinct balance of richness and crunch.
The much-loved street food cheburek with chicken was pure comfort-so moreish that we quickly wiped the plates clean.

The soul of Uzbek cuisine, the plov was a true showstopper-assembled table side with carrots, cucumbers and earthy spices. Richly aromatic and indulgent-the slow cooked meat melts in the mouth, while the rice is just perfectly cooked.

We ended on a sweet note with the light, airy honey biscuit cake layered with butter cream-simple, yet perfectly done.

Rooted in Uzbek tradition and inspired by the Silk Road, SANA blends age-old recipes, warm hospitality, and a sensory experience.
