Celebrated beauty and skincare entrepreneur Sarah Battikha has expanded her beauty and wellbeing offering with the opening of her latest dermatology clinic in the heart of Dubai. Frame by Sarah Battikha brings a unique mix of medicine, technology and cosmeceuticals in a beautiful, contemporary space on Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah 1.

Hailing from Geneva, Frame by Sarah Battikha is the third clinic for the brand, with the UAE being the first outpost outside Switzerland. Using the latest technologies and a little European savoir-faire, the clinic offers personalized treatments after a complete assessment.

The range of facials offered at Frame by Sarah Battikha can treat any skin concern and condition. From microneedling, HIFU, mesotherapy and facial peels to signature Frame facials that use their own protocols and promise to clear, glow and lift the skin.

Invited to try a facial the therapist began by using a simple and comprehensive diagnostic device designed do identify imperfections hidden in the deeper layers of the epidermis, invisible to the naked eye. It was then decided that I would benefit from the Clear & Glow facial-a treatment that deeply cleanses the face, neck and décolleté, without needles or injections.

After a thorough cleanse came the exfoliation of blackheads using the sophisticated BT Micro device. This was then followed with a Medical Jet-this is a natural revitalization technique that treats the skin on the surface and in depth thanks to the principle of “barophoresis”: the high pressure of the jet makes the active ingredients penetrate deep into the epidermal barrier. This treatment is personalized and the active ingredients are carefully selected depending on the skin and its issues.

Next it was time to put on the eye goggles and sit under the Medical Rejulight that rejuvenates the skin by using monochromatic light rays produced by RVD LEDs. These light rays have a restorative effect on skin conditions including aging skin, acne, psoriasis, stretch marks and scars.

Finally, it was time for a cooling face mask which allows the absorption of the active ingredients used in the medical jet. Once done the skin looked clear and glow-just as the name had promised!
