For the first course guests can choose from either the Northwest Snow Crab Bisque or Smoked Duck Breast Salad with Saint Germain Vinaigrette. Moving onto second course, guests can delight in the delectable Lobster Mac & Cheese, a taste sensation. For Entrée dinners are invited to choose from four delectable dishes including:
- Petite Filet with Foie Gras and Black Winter Truffle
- BBQ Spiced Salmon with Roasted Fennel
- Stuffed Chicken with Dried Fruit and Fingerling
- Chef’s Turkey with all the Trimmings
