miX Dubai by Alain Ducasse brings to you the Aristokrasi Brunch Every Friday.
Alain Ducasse is the first chef to have 3 restaurants awarded with 3 Michelin stars at the same time. MiX Dubai By Alain Ducasse is an impressive new dining experience in a stunning location.
Located at the Emerald Palace Kempinski, the restaurant is spread over three floors, surrounded by uninterrupted sea and city views.
We were invited to the newly launched Aristokrasi Brunch hosted at the restaurant every Friday from 1pm-5pm.
The Aristokrasi Brunch is spread across the 6thfloor including the wide open terrace. While the inside is more serene and relaxed, the outdoor atmosphere is buzzing thanks to live entertainment by the venue’s resident DJ and Record Producer of Electronic Dance Music, Memed Awad. He has been passionately mixing and creating music since 2000. This buffet style brunch includes a few options of plated dishes, all offering lavish culinary delights.
From M’Rouza-Style Lamb Shoulder and Roasted Corn-Fed Chicken Confit Lemon to Lobster, Artisanal Dried Pasta & Black Truffle and Line-Caught Sea Bass with Lemon & Capers that will surely leave you in awe.
We began with the cold starters and salads and it was an absolute struggle to resist going back for more. The spread includes a build-you-own Caesar salad, ceviche, confit tomatoes, a lavish cheese spread amongst much more.
In the mains, the homemade lasagna definitely stood out for us and then of course the beef short ribs that were cooked to perfection. Other dishes included a rustic shakshouka and lightly sautéed local vegetables.
The dessert table was one of the first sections we browsed and made sure we had space for it despite all the heavy indulging. The spread includes cheesecake, Date Souffle with Labneh Sorbet and Chocolate Pizza to name a few. We adored the raspberry brioche and the chocolate filled French toast that was made to order.
Staying true to his signature style, the menu at miX pays tribute to the local produce. With contemporary and classical French influences, each dish is carefully created with selected ingredients that are locally sourced as much as possible.
The Aristokrasi Brunch by miX takes place every Friday from 1pm to 5pm and packages start from AED 450
