Enjoy a hearty breakfast menu at Fume located in Manzil Downtown Dubai.
Breakfast is constantly evolving with the latest fads-from healthy protein bowls to avocado on toast, it is hard to keep track. Always on the lookout for the latest trends that are sweeping Dubai, we ended up at Fume at Manzil Downtown Dubai. This second branch of the neighborhood eatery offers an elaborate breakfast menu that we recently tried.
Spread over two floors, the décor is trendy, laid-back and relaxed. Indoors the vibe is cozy and you can enjoy watching the chefs at work in the open kitchen. then when the weather is good (which it finally is now!) opt to sit outside and enjoy the uninterrupted view of the Burj Khalifa.
Of course, we had to try their version of Shakshouka (AED 44). Although there are many different ways of cooking it, we simply adored their recipe that included a hearty tomato sauce, side of luscious labneh and flavorful smoked eggplant. We were quick to wipe the pan clean with the stack of sourdough that accompanied the dish.
We also thoroughly enjoyed our order of Salmon eggs and eggs (AED 49)-scrambled eggs, served with salmon, caviar, rocket leaves, chives and avocado spread on toast.
Fume Downtown is a welcome new addition worth trying out-oh, and the valet parking is an added bonus.
