Brasserie 2.0 at Le Royal Meridian offers Friday brunch with live music and bbq stations.
Creating the right atmosphere for Friday Brunch is key to its success and that is exactly what we got when we were arrived at the launch of the Friday Brunch at Brasserie 2.0. A band was performing outside, friendly waiters and staff were there to greet us and we were surrounded by an amazing selection of live BBQ stations-what more could we possibly ask for?
The décor inside is ultra chic and the outdoor terrace directly overlooks the beach and pool. The seating is comfortable and even if you prefer to be indoors, it is brightly lit and airy.
Almost immediately after arriving we were ready to grab a plate and start eating. A quick walk around the restaurant and we couldn’t believe the wide selection. From Indian street food, consisting of sweet and savory bites to a proper English roast with Yorkshire pudding and gravy and Asian noodles and dumplings there was something for every palate.
Spoilt with options, some of our absolute favorites included the freshly grilled lobster with a creamy spinach bake, snow crab legs, oysters and the colorful and incredibly tasty seafood paella.
The sweet corner was a delightful medley of macaroons, cakes and even made to order crepes. There is also a smoothies and juice corner if you want you don’t want to indulge on dessert.
We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience including the band that was happy to take song requests and the lovely cool weather and excellent service, oh and of course the delectable food.
