A GOURMET PLANT-BASED DINING EXPERIENCE AT EXPO 2020

MudrĂ¡ offers plant-based versions of our favorite dishes.

Plant-based dining is always a concept that many are afraid to explore. If you are curious about the cuisine or then trust us with food options, then MudrĂ¡ should be on your list. Located at the top floor of the impressive Sustainability Pavilion at Expo 2020, this restaurant is the brainchild of the world famous Chef Matthew Kenny.

Offering uninterrupted views across the Expo site, this rooftop restaurant has a DJ booth and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect to come and chill out between visiting the various Pavilions.

The menu is eclectic and has everything from pizzas to sushi. The nachos are the perfect way to begin the meal. A generous portion of chips, beans, pico de Gallo and a plant-based queso, we enjoyed every last bite.

The mushroom barbacoa tacos served with pico de Gallo and avocado cream were hearty and delicious. We also tried the homemade cheese and tomato pizza. Made with pomodoro tomatoes and provolone ricotta, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The star of the night was however, the cheesecake. A decadent dessert that was perfectly sweet and creamy, we couldn’t believe it was made without any of the usual ingredients.

MudrĂ¡ is located at Sustainability Pavilion Expo 2020.
