We tried the Golden Body treatment at the Waldorf Astoria Spa.
Recently our friends at the Waldrof Astoria Spa invited us to try out the Golden Body treatment by our favourite cult Hungarian skincare brand, Omorovicza.
Each of their products are made from a potent blend of Hungary’s mineral-rich healing waters and their own patented system of making the products most effective (and the reason for their heavy price tag). This is combined with the finest vitamins, essential oils and other natural ingredients sourced from across the globe, from the bed of Lake Heviz to the peak of the Andes Mountains.
Omorovicza uses high- performance, naturally derived alternatives to commonly used synthetics, all products are paraben and silicone free, ensuring the Omorovicza experience is one of total luxury and maximum efficacy.
The Waldorf Astoria Spa offers a serene spa escape in Dubai and we always enjoy our experience there. This time our treatment was upgraded to their Suite, a luxurious space that includes its own private steam and sauna rooms. We began by soaking in a warm bath filled with rose petals and then spending a few minutes in the steam room.
Once done with the steam, the sugar scrub was applied all over the body. Made with fair trade cane sugar, it helps to smooth the skin and make it firmer. We then showered it off and the therapist then applied the award-winning gold shimmer oil all over our body. The luscious ylang-ylang scented oil left our skin feeling radiant and shimmering.
The Golden Body treatment will gently slough off the dead skin with the sweet sugar scrub and give it a healthy glow with the shimmering body oil. A total of 50 minutes, it is a must-try if you want to refresh your skin.
