In celebration of its anniversary, Krasota Dubai hosted a one-night-only exclusive collaboration with Chef Tom Coll, the acclaimed Executive Pastry Chef of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. Taking place within the venue’s groundbreaking immersive dining theatre, this intimate celebration was an unforgettable fusion of storytelling, gastronomy, and artistic innovation.
Renowned for his technical finesse and poetic creativity, Chef Tom Coll crafted a bespoke dessert tasting menu inspired by themes of nature, legacy, and cosmic exploration based on KRASOTA’s IMAGINARY FUTURE show storytelling. In this rare culinary performance, guests were be taken on a multi-sensory journey where each sweet creation told a deeper story.
“A Meeting of France and Russia” -inspired by the harmony of two rich cultures, this sorbet was a celebration of contrast and elegance. Chef Tom brought a refined French touch, reimagined in a way that harmonizes beautifully with the richness of Russian culture, elevating this pairing into a truly unique culinary experience.
