The curated menu brings together the restaurant’s finest plates-bold yet balanced dishes that span the region without focusing on any single state.

For starters the delectable options include Chandni Chowk Ki Aloo Tikki, Chicken 65 or Malabar Prawns, before savouring traditional charcoal grills such as Ajwaini Paneer Tikka, Kochi Tawa Fish, and Murgh Malai Kali Mirch. Main courses include the Old Delhi Butter Chicken, Kofta Lazeez, and Sindhi Methi Gosht-each served alongside Dal Tadka, Shahi Palak Paneer, Basmati Rice or freshly baked breads.
