Inspired by the rich beauty of terracotta African sunset landscapes, warm tones and textures, Ina is a stunning new dining concept in J1 Beach. From the hand-carved woodworks to the tiny artworks thoughtfully woven into the design, the space is welcoming and charming.

With a variety of small bites and larger plates, the menu is designed for sharing. With a focus on seasonal produce and a return-to nature approach, INÁ’s culinary philosophy is quite simple; “fire never fails”.
The famous house bread is an absolute highlight-freshly baked, warm parker house rolls, brushed with chicken fat and topped with crispy chicken skin. There’s a reason it’s so talked about.
The simple tomato carpaccio with green herb purée is the epitome of zesty, fresh summer flavours. In comparison the delicately sliced Westholme beef carpaccio topped with caviar and a green dressing, serves as a rich and indulgent starter.
From the raw dishes the Fremantle octopus topped with a herb vinaigrette and calamansi offers the perfect balance of tanginess-and it’s beautifully plated.
In the mains, the whole sea bream is perfectly grilled and perfectly complimented with the sides of roasted eggplant and grilled broccolini.
The showstopper is the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu ribeye served with crispy shoestring fries and a delicate sauce. Bursting with flavour, this dish was a crowd-pleaser.
We ended the meal with the signature burnt honey tart served with rosemary ice cream.
