Cutfish, the contemporary Japanese izakaya at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is now open bright and early for breakfast. The concept: Chōshoku – Breakfast of the Rising Sun is inspired by Japanese morning rituals with a modern flair. The menu has an eclectic mix of savoury favourites and sweet indulgences to start the day.
We were very happy with our choice of the indulgent and decadent fluffy, toasted brioche Asa Buns layered with buttery scrambled eggs, topped with ikura and a touch of truffle.
The Salmon Waffle served with poached eggs and cream cheese is a delightful mix of textures and flavours that will keep you full for the rest of the day.
But if you are in the mood for something more sweet then the Granola Bowl with fresh yogurt, homemade granola, berries and honey is a creamy and comforting choice.
Freshly squeezed orange juice and rich, aromatic coffee are the perfect compliment to this hearty, stylish breakfast with unmatched views of the picturesque marina.
