Forget juice bars – they are so 90’s… Bubble tea is the new cult drink in town – and the coolest way to drink it is as Bubble Latte!

There’s something about bubble tea that makes us feel like a child again, sucking the milky, coffee-flavoured drink through an XXL straw. The Taiwanese drink, covered on top with plastic cellophane that you need to pierce with the straw, is made with cold tea, mixed with milk, and chewy tapioca pearls that you suck up at the bottom.

The cold latte, topped with slightly sweet tapioca pearls is our new addiction. We’ve never had such fun drinking our coffee!
