Their offering includes an array of modern classics, each finished with a signature Frank touch. You can’t go wrong with the Wagyu smash burgers, stacked with waffle fries and pickles-an instant crowd-pleaser. There is also a selection of four giant New York-style pizza slices to choose from: Quattro Formaggi, Duo Beef, Pepperoni and Margherita.

In the street food section, the shawarma gets an unexpected spin-chicken paired with cranberry isn’t something you see every day, but we took a chance and, trust us, it works beautifully.

The Mexican-inspired section is well worth exploring-the chicken and beef tacos are made for sharing, while the beef quesadillas with burrata are indulgently creamy and deeply satisfying.

The star of the show is the signature Oversized Ribs. Served in impressively generous portions, each rack is lean and slow-cooked until meltingly tender, then glossed in inventive glazes-from Dr Pepper-infused to Buffalo and Japanese-style teriyaki. Whatever sauce you choose, expect deliciously sticky fingers. And if, like us, you still want more (despite the hearty portions) you can take them home half-cooked in Frank’s “Vacuum Ribs” pack to finish over a BBQ or desert firepit.
Frank’s homemade Cherry Napoleon is a Russian classic dessert-light, flaky and perfectly balanced.
