AN AL QUOZ TALE

Coca-Cola Hello Happiness campaign aims to bridges gap between UAE labors and their families back in home. Hello Happiness Phone Booth were installed in Al Quoz, the workers could make a call for 3 minutes just for 3 Coke bottle caps rather than putting any money.

The 5 machines were placed for about 10 hours from 21st March till 21st April 2014 in labor camps in Dubai. During this period the workers have logged ‘134,484 minutes’ that is roughly about 22,000 hours of calls. According to a spokesman from Coco Cola “The Hello Happiness initiative pays tribute to the hard work and efforts of these laborers and serves as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation.”
