Â Currently we can’t get our eyes of the Edie Parker collection that most A-list celebrities including Kate Huson and Alexa Chung have also been spotted holding. Â An absolute style statement, the bags are made with acrylic and even marble. Â We of course, love them for their statement phrases and the geometric patterns.
The brand was founded in 2010 by American designer Brett Heyman and her love of mid-century style and vintage clutches. Inspired by acrylic bags that were made in America during the late 1950s and 1960s, Heyman started collecting vintage purses and also delving into research on the designers and their techniques. Â She then went on to produce her own line of the vintage-inspired handbags.
Luxe-looking and with a quirky, retro vibe, they are truly a fun new upgrade to traditional more formal clutches. Â The extensive line has a clutch for every occasion and can be easily transitioned from day to night. Â Our personal favourite includes the vibrant glitter-covered ones that dress up even a simple outfit, like a plain white t-shirt and blue jeans.
