The sale includes rare Bauhaus lighting fixtures, furniture and accessories such as wall clocks, fans and a range of curiosities. The gallery owns a huge collection of original Bauhaus pieces. Bauhaus was an art school in Germany that combined crafts and the fine arts and was famous for its approach to design that is now widely publicized and taught.Â
A favorite of art collectors, the gallery will also be open during the time of the sale from 12 – 8pm.
