We love specialty food stores, so imagine our delight when we stumbled upon more than 30 types of exotic oils sold according to weight. Â Â Although located inside Dubai Mall, this wall dedicated to oil barrels is reminiscent of a secluded cavern and a delight to browse through.
Stored away in traditional wooden barrels, you can buy all sorts of vinegars and oils in the quantity you desire, which are otherwise very difficult to find in the city.  Some of our favourites include the edible Argan Oil, which is superior quality and can be used in cooking, and as well as a face or hair moisturiser.   Other interesting flavours include Apple Cream Vinegar, Apple Balsamic Vinegar, and Honey Balsamic Vinegar, which make perfect salad dressings.
The oils can be used for food or beauty and make a wonderful and thoughtful gift for men and women.
