Mastered in the fine art of Japanese cooking with over 15 years of experience, Chef Arturo brings his eclectic cooking techniques and unique use of flavors and cultures to KYO. The refined menu features all the Japanese classics with an inventive twist-from the precision of sashimi and sushi preparation to the fine art of teppanyaki and tempura.
If you want to dine at a place that is open and spacious then rest assured KYO has ample seating, there is a contemporary bar, lounge-style seating area, offering both indoor and outdoor dining options.
The must-have dishes include Angus tenderloin teppanyaki, along with a selection of the sushi and maki rolls, including Truffle Sea Bass Nigiri, Spicy Tuna Uramaki, and Avocado and Hosomaki Eel Maki. We also adored the fatty tuna tartar and wagyu sashimi. In the mains the citrus seabass is delicately poached with a citrus dressing and a hint of heat.
The dessert selection also looks very tempting but our savory dishes left us too full to try any out-we will be sure to save space for them next time around!
