Dean&Deluca: This legendary upscale grocery store from New York City has a branch in Dubai, hidden away by the fountains of Souk Al Bahr. Albeit it has limited offers compared to its NYC sister, it is worth a visit for their coffee and delicious Key Lime Cheesecake. Oh and it is also a great way to escape the buzzing Dubai Mall, as it is often a quiet spot.

Clinton Street Baking Co: This is a cozy eatery famous for its pancakes and known to attract the trendy brunch crowds in NYC. The good news is that they have now landed in Dubai and you too can enjoy their homely comfort food. Their signature dishes are their pancakes and fried chicken & buttermilk waffles – so you better be prepared to have a hearty meal when you head over.

Magnolia Bakery:  Located inside Bloomingdale’s on the lower ground floor of Dubai Mall, the American bakery offers a tempting array of old-fashioned and freshly baked deserts, including cheesecakes, banana puddings, pies, cupcakes, chocolate cake with vanilla butter cream and plenty of other sweet treats to cheer up even the gloomiest days. Irresistible and beautifully presented. We’re fan.
