Al Mullah located in Satwa on 2nd December Street serves the best shawarmas in Dubai at an affordable price.
Funds can sometimes be a little tight with all the eating out we do in Dubai. So, why not save money this weekend, by opting for tasty, simple, and very affordable shawarmas for just 7 AED a head?
Head over to the relaxed Satwa café Al Mullah (don’t be put off by the location, we found it very easily) and feast on the best shawarmas you’ve tasted in a long time. The tightly wrapped Arabic bread sandwiches are bursting at the seams with grilled meat (either chicken or lamb shaved off a rotating grill – we recommend the chicken for its flavour and moist texture), sharp pickles, and creamy garlic sauce.
The neon green sign is hard to miss, making Al Mullah easy to locate – and the atmosphere on the street is electric and alive at night. The café, established 30 years ago, is an institution – it’s definitely a place you should experience at least once if you are an expat in Dubai. With no-fuss tables and chairs sprawled out on the pavement (there’s limited seating inside), Al Mullah is open from 4pm until the wee hours of the morning.Al Mullah 2nd of December Street, Satwa If you take Satwa roundabout, the cafe is located on the right Tel: 04 398 4723
