With 20 years of experience, the chef originally supplied his fabulous creations to top end hotels in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but the business has grown to the point where he can now work with private clients too – and the list of possibilities will be paradise to ice cream connoisseurs.

Choices include Soya Milk, 100% fruit sorbets, reduced sugar with stevia sweetener (for diabetics), and a range of quirky flavours including Cardamon, Cinnamon, Vanilla (made with 100% vanilla pods, so the flavour is very rich), 75% Dark Chocolate (made with Belgium chocolate), Green Tea, Almond, Dates, and Figs – all available in boxes between 0.5 and 5 litres.
