With Diwali (popularly known as “The Festival of Lights”) being celebrated across the city, we’re keen to join in the fun by hosting a party at home – and what could be more apt that serving an Indian menu catered by one of our favourite restaurants in town?
Our pick is Bombay at Marco Polo, which has an extensive menu of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for guests, including starters, mains and desserts.
Our personal favourite is the Hyderabadi Murgh Tikka; chicken marinated to perfection with spices. The dish is packed with flavour and impossible to resist. We also love the Bhindi Anarkali – okra cooked with pomegranate seeds that give it a lovely edge.
