Chai Spiced Banana Amaranth Porridge
1 mashed ripe banana
½ cup amaranth flakes
1 cup milk of choice (soy, almond, rice milk etc.)
½ cup water
½ tsp ground cardamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Drizzle of honey
1. Add all ingredients except for the honey and berries into a pot and
simmer on low heat for approximately 10-12 minutes.
2. Stir occasionally until a smooth and creamy texture is formed. Add more
milk if needed.
3. Serve with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.
