When used as skincare, apply to a clean face and then continue your skincare routine by applying day or nighttime moisturizer.
Makeup Primer
It can be used as a primer, as it helps to give a smooth finish to your foundation and help it stay on for longer. You can start your makeup routine by applying 2-3 drops on your face and pat it in. You must apply it under your eyes to prevent concealer from creasing. It can also be used as an eye-shadow primer to enhance the pigment and prevent creasing.
