Real Pilates starts a new term of its Junior Pilates Program.

Real Pilates studio, with branches in Jumeirah and JLT is re-launching its Junior Pilates Program designed to improve future health and posture for the kids.

With the rapid development of various forms of Pilates, parents look at this form of exercise as an early introduction to a child’s long-term wellness and body alignment.

Aimed at introducing the world of Pilates with the mission of developing mind-body awareness at a very young age. Real Pilates has carefully created a 10-week junior Pilates program to enable young children develop appropriate muscle and posture alignment while building stability and coordination.

September is the commencement of a new year at school for children of all ages. After a long-summer break, kick-starting September with a 10-week program of Pilates is the perfect way to maintain a lifetime of good health.

Real Pilates is bringing back the famous Junior Pilates Program that was extremely popular amongst young toddlers in developing proper alignment and healthy joints, with its initial launch in January this year.

The classes cater to children aged between 7 – 14 years and are available across both the branches at JLT and Palm Strip Mall Jumeirah.

Pilates is proven to help improve not only physical but mental state as well. Children between the ages of 7 – 14 years are at the most vulnerable stage with constant state of change and development. Pilates offers a wide variety of benefits to children including improved posture, spinal alignment, increased strength and flexibility and positive thinking.

Exercising from a young age can provide much more than just physical fitness to a child, it can formulate other attributes such as improved learned, increased athletic performance and builds self-esteem.
