Eat

I love heading to Borough Market at the weekend and strolling between the market stalls. From juicy olives, to delicious meats, to countless varieties of balsamic vinegar and olive oil…  And when I fancy something a little more formal, the restaurant Roast serves mouth watering British grub.

Relax

After a day pounding the pavements of Oxford Street, I love nothing more than relaxing at the Elemis Day Spa with a pampering body treatment. It’s hidden down a narrow cobbled street and has a luxurious, exotic vibe.

Visit

No trip to London would be complete without a visit to Greenwich, which is to the south of the city. The Royal Park, which covers almost 13 acres, feels a million miles away from the buzz of London with its ancient oak trees, dog walkers, and sausage kiosks – whilst a wander round the Royal Naval College feels like you have travelled back in time. It’s fanstastic and unique.

Drink

One of my favourites drinking holes is the Crusting Pipe, which is situated in the heart of Covent Garden. With its low ceilings, flickering candles, and small interior, it’s a warm, intimate place to enjoy a drink with friends – and the stirring tones of the market’s resident Opera Singers make it a real gem.

Shop

I can’t get enough of unusual, quirky beauty products – and it’s even better if they are natural and skin-friendly, so I adore the shop Content, on Marylebone High Street. From exotic body mists, to innovative balms, to organic cosmetics – if it’s in this beautiful, sweet-scented shop, I want to own it.
