The service begins with a hibiscus welcome drink. Once settled in, they don’t take long to bring out a silver tri-level tray filled with a colorful array of bite-sized treats. The truffle eggs served on a mini brioche are an indulgent treat along with all the mini savories.
As you would expect there is everything from cucumber sandwiches to smoked salmon with lemon cream cheese and dill. Although you can order different types of coffees we recommend picking a tea instead. Bringing in the storied London Tea Exchange, they have an in-house tea sommelier who can guide you with your choice. A man with all the knowledge on the origin, taste and history of each of their teas, it is not only fascinating but also a very enjoyable part of the entire experience.
