Richy’s is a Salad Bar serving fresh ingredients that allow you to build your own creations that are healthy and wholesome.
We’re always looking for healthy food options, so we were delighted to hear about Richy’s in Jumeirah Lake Towers. The salad bar serves a vast array of fresh ingredients to build your own salad, with meats, vegetables, and a choice of dressings – or if you’re fan of a particular salad, pick from their menu of signature or classic recipes.
We picked the Wasabi VIP Salad (45 AED), which was mouthwateringly delicious.  The perfectly grilled beef was mixed with asparagus, onion and mushrooms, with crunchy cashews sprinkled on top and a slightly sharp wasabi dressing. It was definitely our favourite.
The second salad we picked was Beetroot Superior Salad (42 AED), which was both refreshing and tasty.  Tangy goat cheese was tossed with walnuts, cherry tomatoes, parsley, and beetroot, with a zesty goat cheese dressing. The combination was delectable.
Salads can be ordered in small or large portions – and although there is only a small seating area, delivery is available for all areas around New Dubai.
