OUR FAVOURITE SPOT FOR LUNCHTIME SUSHI

In our quest to eat healthy but tasty food, we found ourselves walking through the doors of Sushi Counter in Dubai Media City. For those working in the area, the trendy eatery makes the perfect pit stop at lunchtime – and despite sushi being one of the pricier foods in Dubai, we were impressed with the quality, choice, and ambience.

We found the lunch menu to be the most cost-effective and filling. Priced at 75 AED, the menu includes a choice of spring roll or sushi roll, alongside a soup or salad, and a pick of desserts. We chose the Passion Rainbow Roll, which was fresh and tasty with chunks of tuna and crunchy cucumber tightly wrapped in rice, salmon, and avocado. On the side, the Seaweed Salad was well seasoned and refreshing, whilst the Sweet Pineapple we picked for dessert was the perfect end to a satisfying meal.

Service is quick, which is important at lunchtimes – and we enjoyed the casual, trendy ambience that makes Sushi Counter the perfect spot for catching up with friends.
