Dubai’s much-loved Italian restaurant BiCE offers an authentic Italian Friday brunch for the entire family.
Originally launched in Milan in the 1920s, BiCE Ristorante has been a prominent fixture in the Dubai culinary scene for the past 16 years, nestled in the Hilton Hotel along Jumeirah Beach. The award-winning authentic Italian restaurant recently invited us to their family-friendly Friday brunch in Dubai.
Boasting a menu of quality Italian cuisine, the starters are filled enticing dishes, including burrata, panzerotti stuffed with tomato and mozarella, warm goats cheese salad with beetroot and salmon tartare with mango.
The next course stands out for its can’t-miss homemade pastas. The rustic sauces were bursting with fresh ingredients and simple flavors topped with al dente pasta. There is a live cooking station serving house-made ricotta and spinach tortelli, with a creamy truffle sauce and black truffle shavings. This decadent dish was hands down our top favorite.
There is a selection of main courses to pick from and our order of spiced and herbed rock salt sea bream with steamed vegetables was ideal after all the pasta dishes we wiped clean.
There is dessert buffet filled with all types of quintessential Italian sweets including cannolis, tiramisu and crème brulee.
The Friday Brunch at BiCe will not leave you hungry for the rest of the day but don’t say we didn’t warn you that it may prompt a carb hangover.
BiCe Friday brunch in Dubai starts at 295 AED for the basic package and 135 AED for children between 6-12 years of age.
