The private session is interactive, relaxed and more importantly filled with all the secrets to making ceviche at home.
Executive Chef Jamie Robertson hosts the class where you will learn to make three of the most popular types of ceviche-tuna, white fish and shrimp. Held inside a private room guests have the ingredients placed in front of them and all you have to do is step-by-step follow what the chef does. Once a dish is prepared you get to enjoy what you made while chatting with the others and getting all types of cooking tips from the Chef.
